Join us on Tuesday, July 12 at the Irvine Civic Center for the signing ceremony that will transfer 1,316 acres of the former Marine Corps Air Station El Toro from Heritage Fields, LLC (Lennar Corporation) to the City of Irvine.

The land and the first installment of the $200,000,000 development fee that will be used to develop the Great Park will be presented by Heritage Fields, LLC to the City of Irvine. In addition to the signing ceremony, you are invited to meet the seven design finalists competing to become the Great Park Master Designer at a 3:00 p.m. reception at the Civic Center.

Come and join us in celebrating a Great Day for the Great Park! The Irvine Civic Center is located at the corner of Harvard Avenue and Alton Parkway in the City of Irvine.
