Harry Potter Flies into the Great Park

Movie on the Lawn this Saturday featuring “Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince”

JULY 20, 2010 – IRVINE, California – You’ll grab onto the edge of your beach chair as you watch Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince at the Orange County Great Park Movie on the Lawn Saturday, July 24th at 8:30 p.m. Admission and parking are free, and Harry Potter fans can picnic on the Great Park lawn before the movie.

As Harry Potter begins his 6th year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, Voldemort is tightening his grip and Hogwarts is no longer the safe haven it once was. The movie is rated PG, and contains content that some younger children may find scary. Warm clothing is recommended, and inclement weather may prevent the showing.
Come back to the Great Park on Sunday, July 25th at 10:30 a.m. to see Disc Dogs of Southern California and watch them with their high jumping, fun antics during the Frisbee Dog Show. Bring your pets (on a leash) and join us for an afternoon of pet related activities.

The Great Park is located off the 5 Freeway and Sand Canyon in Irvine. For more information, please visit www.ocgp.org.
