Site Rentals

The former Marine Corps Air Station El Toro located in Irvine, CA is currently being developed by the Orange County Great Park Corporation and Great Park Neighborhoods (Lennar/Heritage Fields).  It is with their permission that AMCI manages rentals of the site to interested parties.

The property known as El Toro continues to be available for rentals while development of the Great Park proceeds.  In the summer of 2008 the Great Park unveiled a portion of the 27-acre Preview Park which is now open to the public to give vision to the future site of the Great Park. The Preview Park includes a tethered helium balloon ride as well as 6,300 sq. ft. WWII aircraft hangar, a promenade with seating areas, plaza and the 175,000 sq. ft. picnic lawn.
